Jessamine County Fire
District took delivery of Engine 2 in March 2007. Engine 2 is
a sister truck to Engine 1. The body is a Pierce Contender with
a Kenworth 5 man cab and chassis. Engine 2 holds 1000 gallons
of water and 30 gallons of Class A foam. Engine 2 is capable of
pumping 1250 gallons per minute through it's Hale pump. Engine
2 is equipt with a drop chute in the rear giving it Tender capabilities.
Engine 2 is housed at Station 1 on Main Street, Nicholasville. |
